We bought their package in Feb 2024; they came across trustworthy. But they didn't provide the service we paid for. They stopped helping and responding to us. BBB ended up suspending their accreditation, giving them an F.

I highly recommend not to become a member of Premier Resorts. They promise big savings and you save pennies. The vacation agents are not very knowledgeable and can never find what you need. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
