Come on Pret management! Only one employee for the whole store? This employee is making coffee, getting online and in store orders, food, payments. Everything by herself! Shame on you. One of the most busiest areas in Manhattan and during rush hour.

Souls are not too the top and they're watered down. For that price I should get a container that is not 1 inch of the top and it should not be.
All water and very little lentils. the workers are very nice , but this company is trying to make money but giving product that are not good

This is the best pret I have been to yet! They were fully stocked when I came with lots and lots more options for lunch than normal. It also seems like they have created smaller pot options in case you don’t want to spend $10 + on a meal. Best chocolate croissants I have had in a while 😊 really nice staff! Plenty of seating, too.

Great location on Broadway between civic center (Tribeca) and SoHo. Fresh food with half sandwiches available and interesting soft drinks and very good coffee. Prices are very reasonable. Mostly takeout with seating for about a dozen or so people in the rear -- clean bathrooms!

They have nice hot soups, a good variety of salads and sandwiches! And the small sweet brownie bites are simply delicious for dessert!!
