We had a very disappointing experience with Maricela Reyes. Leading up to our event, we decided to remove a few items from the décor list to handcraft them ourselves and stay within budget. Instead of accommodating our request or handling it professionally, the decorator abruptly told us to find someone else and accused us of changing too many things.

Her tone was rude, and she lacked any patience or flexibility. Since it was the day before the event, we were left in an incredibly stressful situation and had to plead with her not to cancel, as there was no way to find another decorator on such short notice.

While the event itself turned out fine, the experience leading up to it was unnecessarily stressful and upsetting. I cannot recommend this business to anyone expecting professionalism, patience, or understanding in their planning process.

Maricella and the staff at Pro Prep Events were a dream to work with. We hosted a large wedding at our home and they helped us organize and fulfill our rental needs. They even made a last minute delivery when we needed additional chairs. Highly recommended!!!!!

I think the Judge Judy show that aired today was terrible. When you do a charity event you should not make a profit. Whether she owed the money or not the company making the props should have donated them. They were both at fault. Judge Judy made the right decision
