Unpresumtuous, unadorned, functional, wooden-pewed facility with an organ. If one is looking for a simple, understated, no-stained-glass, relatively non-denominational (does have a steeple) space, this may be your place. (Was there for a musical performance.)

My baby sister got married at the Prout Chapel. It was a beautiful wedding and the Chapel was beautiful. If you like quaint and small unique Chapel to have a very special advent life changing experience, Prout Chapel is the place.. Put Prout Chapel on your schedule!

I love Profit Chapel. My wife and I, both BGSU alumni, were married there over 20 years ago. The chapel is small and quaint, perfect for a small ceremony with less than 100 attendees. A bridal party of more than 6 (including bride and groom) will be hard-pressed to fit in the nave. The chapel has a coat room and a small side room, both off the double door entrance. The side room is customarily where the bride waits for the ceremony to begin. The acoustics are perfect and do not require any amplification for voice or instrument. I believe a piano is available in the chapel. I have heard a harp played in this space and it is heavenly.

Stuffy at first, but after opened windows in AM, it was pleasant for afternoon ceremony. Simple and quaint, great location for more intimate service or ceremony
