Prudential Cleanroom Services is a great company. Their Cleanroom Gowns are perfect and always delivery on time. Meet with the manager, Kelly Tran (transferred up North), twice annually to go over the inventory. Kelly is a great manager, she always respond to our emergency need and she herself delivered quite few times for us. She also was willingly to put up with our delated payment for months without disrupted the service. Hopefully, with our new paying system (Web Invoicing) they will get pay quick. Great company and I give them 5 stars.

Prudential Cleanroom Services is a great vendor. They schedule biannual meetings to review inventory and usage with their customers and make the time to meet in person. We use Prudential's gowning and cleaning services and they pick up the dirty and deliver clean gowning every week. If anything is ever missed, they are very responsive and will arrange to come promptly and fix the issue. Great customer service. They are family owned and run their business well.

Our driver is great and the lab coats work well for us. I have problems with billing that has not been resolved to my satisfaction. There is no explanation of the stockroom charges. They hit us with them but we don't get new lab coats. We often have garments go missing that we have to pay for.
