had a really "weird" water leak- rodent apparently chewed through water line. Within a few hours of shutting off water, PuroClean showed up to assess the damage and began clean-up. First thing next morning, two technicians showed up. They worked diligently and got gross water removed. They turned on multiple dryers and within two days, rug appeared dry. However, they left on an additional day to be sure of dryness.
They removed dryers, cleaned ceiling tile debris and replaced ceiling tiles. Amazingly professional. Recommend most highly.

I've worked with Mitch a couple of times now and can't speak highly enough about him and his crew. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the work that Puroclean did for me at my new home. After finding mold in the basement, I was panicked.
