We booked our honeymoon through them. All went well until they received their payment. Once it was paid in full, the communication stopped. No one checked in before, during, or after our trip. Our experience was very impersonal and will use a travel company with better customer service in the future. Very disappointed and will advise friends to do the same.

The absolute worst excuse for a travel agency. There are too many other travel agents who understand the importance of prompt service, being knowledgeable in your trade, and treating your client with respect and professionalism. Jami Hellyer in particular was downright impolite, ineffective, and disrespectful. I have been a realtor for 20 years and have a steady and loyal stream of clients whom I would NEVER refer to Putnam Travel. Good luck staying in business and I am sincerely sorry for anyone who entrusts this company with their travel plans.
