I was able to schedule a spa day for myself this past Saturday! This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! First off, they were able to get me scheduled within less than a week notice! I scheduled a facial, massage, pedicure and steam room! Q the owner is amazing!!! She did my facial and my pedicure! Michelle did my massage! Both ladies were excellent! I will absolutely be back! The spa is beautifully decorated and so clean!!! I truly felt so relaxed! I will be back again!

I absolutely loved everything about Q’s spa. My massage was absolutely amazing, the rooms were so clean with the perfect ambiance. We enjoyed our pedicure and I love the style of the whole place. Q is awesome and I can’t wait to come back!

What a very nice place to go to. Very clean and relaxing. Mona thank you again for staying late to give me a haircut it is greatly appreciated. I will be back to see you again and I won't forget where you're located LOL 😉 I got a great haircut she knew exactly what I wanted done. You definitely know how to layer hair thank you again.

My mom and I absolutely LOVE this spa and visit regularly for birthdays and special celebrations!!! Every experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and peaceful time from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. It’s our go-to place to unwind, and we always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a truly AMAZING experience! This is something my mom and I love doing together and look forward doing each time! Already looking forward to the next time!

AMAZING!! It had been too many years since my last Swedish massage, which I had at Q’s at their Copley location. I’ve been wanting to go to their new location in Medina, but years got away from me. Finally, today I went for an hour massage…just perfect & incredible. I’m so happy and feel so good, I can’t wait to make my next appointment.

I discovered Q's spa a couple of years ago as an option to get my hair colored (highlights). Mona does a phenomenal job with coloring, cutting, and highlights! I would highly recommend her 👍👍 The staff is always very friendly and inviting.
