Not clean. Bathtub had apparent hair in drain. When I asked for a new room, the new room had hair on the bathroom floor. When I originally booked this hotel, I saw reviews of it being clean and that made me want to stay here. That was not the case for me. I reported this to the front desk staff, they took a picture and said they would talk to their manager, have yet to hear from them. I left to find a new hotel (Marriott - which was great) due to the conditions. I have tried to get my money back since I didn't stay there that night but booked on booking.com so I don't think that will be happening. Just wanting to put an honest review since my experience was vastly different. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't stay there until morning.

Staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was firm, and the pillows were just right. Water pressure and temp met expectations, which sadly many hotels now don't. Very nice continental breakfast in a large breakfast room. I just love an older motel that is well kept, excellent job to the owner.

DUMP / TRASH HOLE , this place is filthy & Very disgusting . 1st off I was 2 have a handicap room , they put me on the 2nd floor , u have 2 Climb the stairs No elevator . That’s not a handicap room when u have 2 go on the 2nd floor & climb stairs . Then I check into my room & There’s no shower curtain & couldn’t close the curtains right had 2 get paper clips 2 keep them shut . The water pressure & temperature was very bad . Had a hard time taking a shower with cold water & no pressure . The room was very dirty . I was afraid I was going 2 get bugs . Dirty , blood , hairs on the walls . This is NOT a clean place @ all . The staff isn’t very friendly either . I wouldn’t recommend Anyone 2 Stay here . I do a lot of Google reviews & I have done very few bad ones But Unfortunately, this place is a bad 1. I will NEVER Stay here again . If ur looking 4 A decent place 2 Stay , I would definitely suggest that u pass this 1 up . . Plus there parking lot wasn’t blowed good @ all , especially the handicap spots were not done . Unfortunately I had 2 give @ least a 1 star , but really it Needs a lot of negative stars . Like 5 thumbs down 👎

Price is good. Beds reasonably comfy but that's pretty much it. There was a visible attempt at an update that falls short. New floors and furniture but the room looks like it was never cleaned. Sheets looked clean so we did stay but floors are filthy, bathroom was filthy (cobweb in the corner with spider). Toilet was not cleaned. I'm pretty sure behind the bed hasn't been cleaned in a decade. It was doable for one night if you turned the heat up a little so you only needed the sheet bc the comforter thing was stained so that did not stay on the bed. The front desk was semi pleasant. Breakfast was closed bc of renovation (did not note this during reservation).....likely wouldn't have braved Breakfast seeing how clean the rooms were. Would definitely not stay again.

We booked a stay here with a group of people on a business trip. And stayed for 6 days. All of the rooms were clean, and the staff here were amazing!!! Especially our house keeper Sheronda. Every morning, it was nice to see a smiling face asking if we needed anything! The breakfast in the morning was one of the best. I highly recommend staying here. Very welcoming, and very clean.

Pretty conveniently located and the price was right if you just want a place to sleep. Advertised free breakfast on the website but due to construction there was no breakfast included. Still charged full price for the room though. Room was clean and appeared updated. It's a motel with the doors opening to the outside, we were unable to close the blinds as they were broken and had to block it up with towels and pillows.

I have many pictures of the dirt and garbage all over the floor! And the tiny flying bugs coming from the AC unit. Even the tables where not even wiped off its unbelievable they would give a room like that to anyone. When taking a shower water shoot out the side of the faucet onto the floor. I put tape on it because i just wanted 2 shower & sleep. I also took it off before I left. Also the sing would have water coming out from all angels it was unreal!! But i just wanted a shower & sleep. WELL its been a few weeks so i looked to see if i got my 100$ deposit back. I mean i even cleaned the room beter then it was when i walked in. And nothing. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AN THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THE DEPOSIT!!!! Trust me stay far away from this place!! I saved all videos & photos because I'm contacting a lawyer. I was fine with the crap dirty room with everything broken because I really needed a shower & sleep. But I took pictures and videos of everything because I have heard that lots of places like this keep your deposit even if you did nothing. I'm so upset its really getting to me they have the nerve to keep the deposit after giving me a room that's dirty with bugs and with almost everything broken. I'll spend $$ to stick it to them if i have 2. Unbelievable how shady everyone is these days. Completely unacceptable!!!!!! Wish i could give negative stars

This is a pretty basic motel. It's not the newest property, and it shows a bit of wear, but it's perfectly fine if you need a cheap place to stay in the Cleveland area. It's clean and quiet, and the breakfast is typical of a Quality Inn. ||The location is not very close to Downtown Cleveland, but it's a short drive to the airport and just 30 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
