UPDATE: I was just kicked out because I dirtied up some towels cleaning dirt off myself and for using the trash can to throw away trash ? I was harassed by two grown men and a woman who all came to "clean" the room.

The room was clean and easy to access from the parking lot. Even with it being right next to the highway it was fairly quiet inside the room. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Nice motel. rooms are very clean, check in was very friendly and easy. prices are reasonable. location is very safe, huge shopping center just across the street. restaurants and anything you would need within a few blocks. pool was open and clean. only stayed one night but it was a perfectly fine stay. I would recommend quality Inn Conway to anyone.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It's an older motel but the rooms are clean, the showers are hot and the breakfast is tasty. It is a good value for the price. Although we didn't have time to swim, the pool looked very beautiful and inviting.

I checked in late Saturday (6/22) morning and was met with a chipper concierge that got me taken care of right away. Throughout my weekend, there were great staff.

Breakfast is extremely simple but decent overall.

Did not check out the pool.

The wifi worked great and I could even play some games on it.

My room was ok. It may need a remodel as it is a bit old feeling with the 2by4 sink leg and cigarette smoke smell my room had. If I remember correctly, I was in a non-smoking room so that smell gave me a hard time sleeping.

The worst part was that there was a dead cockroach in between the bed and the box frame. Later I found another, but alive one, on the wall.

The staff is better than 2 stars but the actual room lived up to the 2-star rating it has.

The wifi here is top tier I was able to use it for gaming and streaming while I had stayed here , on top of that the front desk staff was very helpful and fast at check in and the breakfast was great! I also really enjoyed being able to step out and see the sunrise early every morning it's a rather amazing view.

Best Quality Inn that I have ever stayed at!! The employees were very kind and honest. The room was also clean and very comfortable. 10/10!!! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!

This hotel has roaches!! We didn't actually stay and they refused a refund and actually checked us out the next day even though we didn't stay!! Do not stay here!! Horrible business if they can't refund someone who doesn't want his family sleeping with Roaches and even worse if we took them back home with us would cost us so much $ to get rid of em it's not worth risking in my opinion so I wouldn't stay here! Also every time I called they said wasn't a manager there even when I called back during the hrs they suggested! The pics are two different rooms we tried another but was roaches in it as well!

Room was clean, but had a musty smell. I like background noise, so the sound of heavy traffic outside didn't bother me. I noticed the pool had no water in it. Okay older motel.
