Location is easy to find. Room clean and comfortable. Staff was absolutely phenomenal. I had booked with a third party vendor to save money. There was an issue with my reservation on the vendor end. Staff was so patient and helpful. I didn't catch the young lady's name. But she was great! And I really appreciated her effort. You just don't meet people that always care about their job or their clients being comfortable. Usually, I have trouble sleeping in hotels... I slept so well that I actually slept in... that's saying alot for me. The next morning, I turned in my hotel key. And morning staff was just as kind and helpful. As a woman that travels alone for work. This level of service is unheard of. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable trip. Breakfast was the best so much variety to choose from. So glad they had a pool available. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. Looks like they just painted everything nice and clean. Staff have been friendly and welcoming

It has been almost 3 years since I last stayed here.. back then the pool was shut down due to COVID and not reopened.. it was getting a bit rundown.|But it is WONDERFUL now! Pool was restored and the beds were heavenly! Nice quality soft sheets and there is now also a hot breakfast and the room was absolutely spotless!

Building needs a lot of updates. It appears that the help is working with an absent owner. I noticed that they were taking photos after cleaning as if they were required to send proof of work. They clean, but carpet and drapes are worn out. So they appear dirty. The breakfast tables are sticky due to the wood finish. If the owners had pride in ownership, this place could be a good motel.

This is the best hotel for the money! It was safe, clean, quiet, and cozy. Great pool area with a hot tub too! The service from employees was excellent, and the hot breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I am in Searcy, Arkansas

The smell throughout the hotel was horrible. The rooms were decent and the bed was comfortable. Our sink drain was messed up so all the water was pouring on the floor. I told the girl at the front desk and we were moved to a different room. Which is fine things happen, but with having to pack all of stuff back up and move at 10 at night. I believe they could have been nice enough to give us a discount.

Let’s start with the positives. The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. There was plenty of hot water. Now for the negative; the room was musty. There was mold on the couch and carpet. Broken furniture in the room, no closet, holes in the curtains and the safety lock was broken off the door. Mold on the canopies over the exterior entrances

Positive: It was close to the University Negative: Everything, they changed our reservation for 2 double beds to a single king bed. Had to bring in a roll away bed for my daughter and they refused to offer any concession on the rm. Found dead bugs and flies in the sheets. The room had holes in the wall.
