This place is a dump!!! Do not stay here. Parking lot is dark, second floor as soon as the elevator doors opens it reeks of cigarettes. Carpet is disgusting, I walk into my room and I walked out. I was not staying in that awful room. Calling it a king bed should be a crime. The bed was almost to the floor, stains all over the sheets.the sofa was disgusting. I had booked this for 3 nights, I left I would go and ask for my refund but I know that would of taken for ever, most likely wouldn't even get a refund. What a crap hole!!!!

I stayed at this location in October 2024 and encountered multiple issues with both the room and the overall property.

I was assigned Room 212, which had damp or wet carpet—likely due to a leaking AC unit that wasn’t draining properly. The moisture created a strong musty, possibly moldy odor throughout the room. When I approached the front desk to request a different room, I was told the hotel was sold out. The desk attendant was noticeably unhelpful and had a poor attitude.

The property itself is dimly lit, and the parking lot constantly felt chaotic due to what seemed like an unusually high number of long-term residents. I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle and ended up parking in the management-only spot out of caution. While there was a security guard or night watchman present, their consistent presence only reinforced my concerns about the area.

That night, I thought I felt something near my leg while in bed but dismissed it. The next morning, I saw a cockroach crawl out from behind the bed—so I clearly wasn’t imagining things.

There were several other maintenance issues as well: the toilet ran continuously during my stay, and the shower faucet was loose and in need of repair.

I reported all of this to the General Manager. His only response was to ask if I was a Choice member, and he promised to refund points to my account. It's now been eight months, and the points were never added.

This hotel is dirty and smelled like weed. The room had an underwear sitting on the bedroom lamp. Sheets were smelly. No soap or bathroom toiletries. But the bigger issue is charging vending commision fees and extra one night stay that i never knew or authorized on my credit card. My reservation was for one-night in the amount of $74.30. I checked in Dec. 7, 2024 at midnight and left March 8 at 6am. Only 6 hours stay. But the credit card charge immediately replaced to $374 for one night stay on the same day i checked out and two vending commission fees of $299.71, another one-night stay of 52.33 for the next day which totaled $1,025.04. There is no vending machine in the room. I called the hotel multiple times for 3 months while it's disputed with the bank. The merchant never contacted me to resolve this issue. Be aware, this hotel can use your credit card and charge anything without your knowledge. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THEIR DISPENSE AND YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE AT THE HOTEL. BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately there is no option to give ZERO stars. This hotel is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t send a death row prisoner here for a single night. The staff is rude, uncaring, and flat out belligerent. I might be able to accept that as human error/attitude but the conditions of the hotel did nothing to make up for it. When I checked into my room, I discovered a crack pipe sitting on the couch. There were stains on almost every surface of the room and unpatched holes in the walls. The lobby (if you could call it that) was filthy with a gaping hole in the ceiling. When I called to request a refund for the 3 unused nights of my 4 night reservation the phone went unanswered more than 50 times and was answered and immediately hung up 6 times. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!! EVER!!!!

We made a reservation through Expedia, and when we arrived, the man at the front desk said there were no rooms available. When I questioned about the reservation, Joe at the front desk started to get irate. Honestly, we should have been the ones upset, but Joe was the most unprofessional, and irrationally frustrated person I've ever encountered in customer service. We had just driven 4 hours to find out our hotel we reserved was not available, and it was unacceptable the way he approached the situation. I don't understand how they have any customers with the terrible customer experience we just had.

A run down property with stained carpets and walls and missing lamp shade. Box springs wrapped in obtrusive plastic. Front desk does not answer phone and is often not at desk. Could not get TV or remote to work. Conditioner but no shampoo. No trash cans in room. Wifi did not work. Other than that...

This is the worst Hotel I’ve ever been in. I didn’t have a top sheet when I got here and I had to ask room service to get one. There’s dirt and grime on the walls. The TV doesn’t work. There is black mold in the mini fridge and there is no hot water for my shower. There was a random sock in the hall way. I’d rather do a motel 6. This was a huge mistake and I advise anyone from coming here.

Film on everything, carpet stains, clocks don't work, no phones, beds are awful, ice machine is broken, pillows are flat. No tissues, 1 waste basket in this suite, what would a regular room be like. Beside the fridge is dirty. This hotel needs updating. I think they make front desk go and work and clean we had to wait to check in. She was very pleasant.
