Our trip to the west coast of Ireland was planned by Kate Prasse and she was an amazing travel agent to work with. She understood our desire to see as much of the west coast as possible, enjoy the outdoor excursions as well as seeing the towns and hearing the local music. We stayed in wonderful hotels. Kate arranged a driver for us who was a a great addition to our driving experience with his knowledge of Ireland’s history. Five star trip!

We loved our Christmas experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba. The service is top notch, the rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, nice balconies, huge bathrooms and high quality toiletries. There are so many pools and beaches to choose from and service at all is outstanding. You never fight for chairs or space. The spa and fitness facility is wonderful with lots of options for getting a great work out in. The restaurant options were so awesome- we specifically loved the breakfast and lunch place on the beach and Cello for drinks is spectacular and the steakhouse Tauro is outstanding. The property is HUGE so you will get alot of steps in or you can grab a bike (always avail) or jump on a golf cart which we did not really ever seem to wait for. We also went on a snorkeling excursion which was super fun and safe. We went over to the Banyan Tree and Rosewood for dinner and really enjoyed those evenings too - those restaurants are pricey and worth it! The only downfall was that we had a few gloomy days near the end of our trip but that is likely due to the time of year. We loved this place and would definitely go back. Kate at R3 Travel recommended and arranged all of our logistics and stay and it was absolutely seamless- from the airport transfers to the check in to the room reservations to the dinners to the snorkeling, everything was nicely arranged for us - the app is outstanding which outlines what your day to day agenda is. We will use Kate again and again!
