Loved it. We did the South Fork American River Full Day and it was such an amazing experience. If you have a good guide then it makes the trip that much more memorable. Casey did a great job and is highly skilled. 10 stars for Casey!

AWESOME TRIP! Went on the 2 day overnight wilderness south / middle fork trip with a group of 14 people. My raft LOVED our guide Josh! Rapirs were awesome, we hiked to waterfalls, ate along the river. Incredible and unforgettable experience. Amazing to camp on the side of the river! Absolutely recommend. The guides and staff took excellent care of us! No detail was overlooked.

I recently went on my second trip with Raft California for a 2-day trip with my coworkers. Some of us decided to step it up a notch and did the South Fork/Middle Fork American River combo to try our hand at the class 4 rapids on the second day. We had a complete blast with Ryan and Shelby (I got a chance to experience both when I fell out of Ryan's raft and got picked up by Shelby!). Even though it was near 100 every day, it was really comfortable on the river. I felt totally safe the entire time (even floundering around in the water when I fell out), enjoyed all the food, and am looking forward to going back next year.

I had a great time with Casey as my groups guide. Thank you Casey! Seriously, listening to your guide will be the most important, and holding the handle. We were all safe and loved the entire time. Casey is a great person, super respectful, very nice, and wow was hilarious. He knew every single point in the river and told us perfect instructions.

I recommend taking a ride down the lake with this company, and hopefully you’ll see Casey. Thanks again!

My first time white water rafting and was such an amazing time. We did the south fork full day trip and we had some action! There are parts of the river where you can swim down the rapids or just swim along side the raft. Raft guides are amazing and so knowledgeable, they wear many hats! Great chefs and guides!! So good I’m coming back next weekend to a different trip in Truckee!

We had an amazing 2 Day whitewater rafting trip on the South Fork American River. Our guide, Nick, was great, he is very experienced and knowledgeable and was a great guide and team leader. All of the guides and staff at Raft California were friendly and great hosts, the meals were good too. The rafting is awesome, our family of 4 had a great time on the river and the scenery was beautiful.

River rafting the Truckee River was a blast! From the moment you arrive the fun begins. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time. Cowabunga Dan was an amazing guide. We all felt so comfortable and safe the entire trip.This was my first time down rapids and I was not disappointed! After "Jaws", " Rock Garden", " Pinball" and " Bronco" I felt like a well seasoned rafter. We wish we could have gone all day.
The river is beautiful and the wildlife will surprise you. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful family outing! We look forward to seeing you again.

Our first time doing rafting and we had the Best guide Ryan (he really loves his job )he make our experience wonderful, my daughters loved it. Is amazing the view, the rive, I felt that I was on a movie. Really recommend, even if you aren’t expert. They make you feel capable. Definitely we have to come back !
