This is my second time I've dined here. You come in and seat yourself, the food tastes like it was made at home. The server kindly answered my questions, and went beyond her way by putting a water pitcher on my table so that I can refill my cup. Above all I liked the accessories hanging on the wall, including the buffalo head.

I stopped in here because they're well known for St Patrick's Day celebrations. I was a day early but that was okay they still have lots of stuff. I ordered the fish and chips and it was a little disappointed because the fish came out looking like fish sticks. It was pretty good I came with a salad which was really really good I didn't eat any of the french fries so I can't tell you on that. But their margaritas if you're looking for a good margarita this is the place to go. Overall it was a wonderful visit it brought me back to Old Times in pendleton, thank you

The prices were outrageous. I ordered a 1/3lb burger with ham, bacon, egg, and Tillamook cheese. It came with fries. It was $16.50. It was great food, but not much for a big eater like me. I would buy it again, however. It tasted great. The two reasons I gave a 3 star rating is because the table was dirty and the booth was narrow. The second reason is because the cook doesn't wear gloves and touches all the food with his bare hands. I even saw him put a fry that was on the counter into the fryer.

We had breakfast here. The food was good, however it was cold. Everything was fully cooked, but must have sat out for awhile before getting served. It took an unusual amount of time to receive our food, especially for breakfast. We enjoyed learning about the rich history of Rainbow Cafe and loved the decor. Will give it another try on our next visit.

Came in on a Friday, frank was cooking and preparing one ticket at a time it took an hour to receive our food and it was very overcooked. The young new server did great helping us but unfortunately can’t control the cook. Shelly also took great care of us, was understanding of our complaint and comped the food that overcooked.
