They changed me $119.75 Australian for booking flights from USA to Vancouver. The young girl had no idea what she was doing and had to keep asking for help at no stage were we told that there was a charge associated with them making the booking very disappointing book online it’s cheaper and less hassle

Very great staff. The hotel were served for our Cancun trip wasn't going to open in time for our trip date and the staff contacted me immediately and offered us a different hotel. Actually the hotel Ray's offered us was a 5 star resort with a room upgrade, we didn't have to pay anymore for the upgrade. We will definitely use Ray's for our future travel.
