I believe that this is the only decent hotel in the city
The service was excellent for me, I had one issue with one of the front desk representatives but it got fixed right away and I felt that they really care to make me satisfied.
Cody, helped a lot and turned my from unsatisfied customer to loyal customer

Room in general is nice
It just need more care of cleaning specially deep cleaning
Rooms are stuffy they need to get fresh air or refreshers

Only thing that really irritates me that the pillows were smiley

Pros: The shower has good water pressure, the beds were comfy, there are no bugs, a microwave and mini fridge, and you can sign into netflix.

Cons: Not all channels work on the tv, it wasn't very clean, horrible construction getting there, and moldy french toast for the free breakfast. When we confronted them about it, they were mad at us because we threw them away. So I guess we should have left them in the fridge for those who like green eggs and French toast from the date 9/27 (only a week old)?

1. We decided to stay at your hotel as my sister was getting married nearby. No one said the wedding was at your crummy hotel.
2. I stayed in a room with 2 other adults 0 kids. So get your guests straight before you accuse someone for "vandalism"!
3. Other guests did complain about the tv but were told that's "normal"
4. So to confirm guests should leave your deliciously molded french toast in the fridge? Gotcha.
