The staff were very friendly. Upon check in, the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to let us try some of his home made masala chai, it was the best we have ever tryed! We is Indian cuisine fanatics were very pleased and impressed. Could not be more impressed with the hospitality we received upon walking through the doors. This was the most clean red roof we have ever been to. And the level of comfort was exactly what we needed what we needed after such a long drive.

We love the drive through check in and the convenient location. Plenty of dining options nearby. Room and bathroom were clean, and they laid down area rugs for the winter. We especially like the variety of pillows. Convenient to have a fridge and microwave.

I really like the staff here and it’s perfect for a single person that wants to stay local in the area. Henry is very nice, Mr. young is super chill. The cleaning people are so friendly and honest. I have left my laundry money on my stand while they have cleaned, many times, and they have never done me wrong in any way. I can’t really ask for a better experience and the price is competitive with the cheap options. Basically a “mid star” prices with 5 star service if that makes sense to you lol.

They were clean & nice environment. Also I had cleaning every 2 days that I stayed. My bedding was changed as well. The manager & workers were very helpful & concerned for the safety & wellbeing of my stay as well as my vehicle. They provided us with coffee

I have been staying here since November of 2023 after a messy divorce and wanting to stay close to my job, I have been in 3 or 4 different rooms so I think I have a fairly well informed opinion. I personally like this place because it’s in Medina, they understand my dog is all I have and don’t give me crap over her and the staff is super friendly. Henry (the main guy) is very well spoken and courteous, Mr. Young is extremely friendly. Really all they ask is you follow the rules you agree too when renting the room.

I had a great stay the room was clean and comfortable. Dee and Henry answered all my questions. This is a great hotel to stay at many restaurants to eat at. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to the management and staff you all were of great assistance to me.

Water seeping through floor boards and mold in the rooms. Guest service person was incredibly impolite and circled our cars in the night. Very uncomfortable as a woman. Wouldn’t recommend.
