I placed an order on August 22nd for two NYC Comic-Con squishables, the order was $86.59 ($60 for the two plushies and $20 expedited shipping which was the only choice), it was stated that orders would begin to ship in early September. on September 19th, a shipping label was created for my package and on the 23rd pre-shipping information was sent to USPS, that was the last update on my order. On October 1st, I emailed the customer service center and asked when tracking would be updated. Renz initially told me that my badge would be shipped soon and that "Badges are shipped each day, and they are sent out in waves." Thinking there was a mistake, I responded with "Thank you so much for your response, the problem is that I didn’t order tickets, I ordered two of the squishables plushies and paid for expedited shipping, (which was over a month ago, August 22nd), I just want to know when it’ll be updated." Renz proceeded to tell me (in a somewhat passive-aggressive manner) that my order had been processed and to wait for my package to arrive. I waited a month and my package never came. On Saturday night (November 4th) I once again emailed asking for an update, or a refund. at this point it had been over 3 months since I had paid for my item and since the correspondence between me and Renz, nothing had changed. This afternoon (November 6th), Ashley told me that it appeared that my order never shipped and that they would process a refund. Reed Exhibitions held my money for approximately two months seemingly not caring that my package would never arrive, their response to my initial inquiry was dismissed and their response was callosed and in my opinion, unprofessional. This experience has made me never want to buy any merchandise for Comic-Con or any event with connection to Reed Exhibitions, their handling of my situation I feel is nothing new to them and I believe that they have treated other customers the same way as well. Not to mention, I still have no idea what happened with my order exactly, or why a label was created, but was never sent.

When I suggested to bring back New York Anime Festival, that was before Anime NYC. You saw that there was a market for anime-related things and wanted to undercut competition you yourselves created by dragging NYAF's bloated corpse on a pier. The only two things you were missing were a ball pit and a bouncy castle. Just stick to sucking up to Hollywood. It's what you're best at
