My husband, grandson and I recently stayed at the rental property at the Balboa Marina for 4 nights (8/1-8/5). Brooke was the one who helped me get this booked and she was very helpful. We were in the Village for our niece's wedding, so we had some down time and I'll just say that this is a perfect rental because the beach is right there, Sunset Grill is walking distance and the grocery/restaurant are right below. The apartment overlooks the marina and Lake Balboa which is awesome. Sunsets are beautiful. The apartment itself is very spacious. If you have a crowd it would be no problem. Plenty of room for everyone. Our grandson said that was the most comfortable bed he has ever slept in. If we ever need to rent a place in the Village again we hope that this apartment will be available. Thank you ReMax.

I booked an AirBnB and two rounds of golf. Brooke and Kayla were very helpful with the booking process. I was able to play both courses I wanted at the time I wanted to play. I even got to tee off solo during my second round and finished 18 in under two hours. We made a dumb mistake booking a massage during the time we should've been checked out of our rental. The office let us keep our pets in the house while we finished our massage, this saved us a lot of stress, time, and money! We ended up checking out around 3-4 hours later than we were supposed to, thanks again for accommodating us! The village was a really cool area, great for golfers with lots of selection. The food in the area was also tasty! Overall had a great time at HSV and would recommend it!

We spent the month of March in a rental in Hot Springs Village. The property was fantastic. It had everything that we could ever need. I felt like I was home! The ReMax staff was courteous and professional. They were a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to everyone1

We rented a property for a long weekend, I was a little nervous because of past experiences with other companies, but it was a pleasant surprise. The condo we rented was fabulous. It was clean, centeraly located, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in and out was so easy. We will definitely use Re/Max again.

In regards to VRBO reservation number HA-6rQYTXd. The service we received was outstanding and very hospitable. Felt like we were renting from a family member. Our accommodation's were modern, clean and in working order. We even had a kayak. All expectations were laid out upfront and without a hassle. Highly recommend REMAX of Hot Springs Village for any and all of your vacation or get away needs.

I am really not a fan of complaining about anything but we have had Cindy as the rep for Remax of an Air BNB and she has been the worst to deal with.

Extremely rude and one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

She has a terrible attitude, extremely disrespectful and they have stopped the AC from going below 74.

Insane that they treat people with kids this way.
