Based out of this hotel to explore the historic music scene in the area. We had been several years before when it was a little long in the tooth and were pleased to see they’d renovated the rooms with a very tasteful flair, including decor details that reflected the recording-studio heritage of the area. Nice mattress but the noise from the lobby bar, which had bad, live music until 10:20 p.m. kept us up, even with earplugs. We were on ground floor, and I suggest management install tight doors separating the hallways of rooms from the bar area. Pool area outside also was very loud. Breakfast was decent, although the $25 for a medium-grade buffet was a bit much. We paid $350 for a room, and that was with a special Bonvoy, corporate rate. That’s just too expensive for northern Alabama….unless the hotel experience is truly remarkable in a destination manner and this was not. We liked the free self parking, and workers were pleasant and helpful. Also, we spent $300 for dinner in the revolving restaurant (3 people), it was fine but, again, not worth the prices. Do go up to the bar there, however, and enjoy a drink and app and the view. We will be exploring other options should we return to the area in the future.

Our room was listed as a suite. It was a weirdly shaped king room with unusible space. The bed was cozy. Nice view of the river, pool and Sam but the balcony was covered with either dead bugs or bird droppings. Not sure but either way, made it unusable. We paid extra for a suite, but felt like we did not have one. Bar at the 360 was awesome with great views. Swampers was good. Housekeeping was unreliable but I'm sure it's that way nationwide. Nice park next to the hotel.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. Its absolutely stunning inside and out! Food and drinks were amazing. We came for R&R and got tons. We actually didn't leave the resort because it's was so beautiful and just what we wanted. Heather the manger always checked on us making sure everything was great! Shes just the nicest lady! Also Melissa our breakfast server was super friendly and gave tons of tips on things to do around town. We went to the 360 grill the food was 5 star! Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend this hotel.

Our first visit to the hotel on our Anniversary. Greeted by Houston and Maddie, they are amazing. The location is nice, hotel is beautiful with the musical 🎶 theme. Room is nice with pool view and spacious but couldn't really enjoy the balcony due to the creepy crawler's, insects (🐝🕷️ 🕸️). There is greenery around the hotel, and it's still hot outside, so hey! The Swampers restaurant food was delicious 😋. We toured the famous FAME Bldg and 3614 Jackson Highway Bldg in Muscle Shoals whereas iconic musicians produced musical hits 🎶at these studios, that was a treat ☺️. We plan to come back and dine at the 360 Grille.

Wonderful hotel with great resort amenities. Outdoor pool area is expansive, with ample seating/loungers and even a water slide for the kids. Rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony. Food/drinks and entertainment at Swampers was excellent. What is lacking is consistent and excellent service. Our first morning of room service was OUTSTANDING! Food was hot, delicious, with a beautiful presentation. We ordered the exact same thing the next morning for room service and the yogurt parfait was half the size it was the day before, soggy, and without the fresh fruit previously included. The toast was also forgotten on our order, and we had finished breakfast by the time it got to us.
There is a ton of potential here! I think the staff needs service training and a set standard, and this hotel could be five star excellent!

A great quick getaway! We appreciated the extra touches for our anniversary. Dinner was wonderful and we had a great breakfast buffet before leaving. Coffee shop needs to be larger and staffed better.

My wife and I went for a quick getaway for our wedding anniversary. We stayed during the week in the middle of June. The renovations are complete. The double queen room was uniquely decorated with a theme focused on The Shoals. We stayed in a room with a view of the pool, but we were able to see the river as well. We had dinner and breakfast at Swampers, and both were delicious. The pool area is really nice too and relaxing. We took advantage of the recently completed River Heritage trail next door to the hotel that belongs to the City of Florence. A great getaway that we will do again!

The resort is excellent. The rooms are very nice. The customer service is top notch. A lot of great things to do without having to leave the resort. Highly recommend to all.
