I was upset when I found a crock pot, jar of canned red sauce, and two eggs in the refrigerator from the previous guest when I went to put my water bottle in the fridge. There was hair in the bed and the towels also had small hairs on them. Makes me question if housekeeping is actually cleaning the rooms in-between guests or if they are trying to pull a fast one.

Nice hotel. Nice size rooms, with a separate bedroom. Quiet hotel, with comfortable beds. Very clean. The free breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and a shopping area nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean and well-appointed rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a delicious free breakfast in spacious and beautifully decorated living room with television and free coffee 24/7. I stay here regularly as I have family in the area.

Very clean, good complementary breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, grills to cook out. nice business center. We stayed here over a month and housekeeping meant the best. However I think this is a thing across the board because this was not the first or last place that housekeeping was subpar. I slept is int same sheets for almost a month. Other than that one thing the stay was great.

Hotel was spotless with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, plenty of dining options nearby. We were staying for family weekend at UConn and found the hotel to be convenient to campus, 25 minute drive

This place needs an absolute top to bottom revamp. We stayed here for one night and either we got the crappiest room in the hotel or all of their rooms are just neglected. The amount of dust was just ridiculous. There was no soap in the kitchen and the bed was beyond unacceptable.

To top it off, at approximately 9:30 in the evening as we took our pup out for her last break, the smell, and I mean absolutely overwhelming smell of weed permeated the entire hallway.

I understand the fact that hotels need to update stuff but the basics, the bed, the cleanliness and in this instance the basics of an RI hotel was nowhere near where it should be.

Only saving grace was the front desk lady who checked us in was good.

This quiet, newly renovated hotel is centrally located near the mall, groceries, pharmacies, Dunkin and Starbucks! The beds are comfortable, everything is in working order, and the staff are incredibly nice and thoughtful.

Stayed several months. They stopped serving hot breakfast one day and sent out a flyer that it will be back soon. Soon was like 2 months later even though I was told next week several times. TV never worked right. Told maintenance and they said it was an issue with the service provider even though every other tv in the building seemed to work just fine. Was told at checkout I would receive an additional 2500 bonus points for the inconvenience... never got them.
