This was a bit of a rough hotel. I had an issue with my room rate, which they totally fixed. Thank goodness for the supervisor lady. But the area is a bit depressed, and the rooms were a little run down. The location was close to shopping and industrial parks, but also totally surrounded by roads and traffic. Kind of choose your own adventure.

Residence Inns are my go-to since they are all Suites with kitchens and full size (or close)! refrigerators etc. This one is decent but you can tell the rooms are a bit musty. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Staff seem friendly enough. Location is close enough to most of the business activities in the region. Not bad for the price .

Do not stay here if you want hidden rates and incredibly rude customer service. This hotel increased my nightly rates without any communications and ended up charging me over $500 more than the original cost of the stay. This hotel is NOT representative of the Marriott brand.

There is NO POSSIBLE WAY these reviews are real! This hotel is dated, dirty and the breakfast was horrible. I didn’t realize oatmeal and eggs could be so poorly cooked. The room was not clean and our “courtyard” view overlooks a number of air conditioning units. The furniture is dated and dirty. The carpets need cleaning - possibly replacing. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This is a good hotel to stay if you get the right room. If you're not a pet owner, I would advice to stay above the first floor. Otherwise, room is clean, modern and kitchen is useful. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and spacious and free breakfast is better than average(no waffle machine when I was there though).

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Xfinity center in Hartford. I used my Marriott Free night here - and this was a really nice room. Very spacious - little kitchenette - pullout couch. I wish we were staying here more than a night. It was located close to the concert which was ideal. Oh - and breakfast the next day was good!

I rate this place all together 1 star. I'll start with the good qualities I'll end with the bad ones. The suites were nice all together had a stove fridge and almost everything you'd need but it wasn't very clean like you can tell that when they clean the rooms they truly do the bare minimum. Breakfast was good little to no flavor on the food but plenty to choose from so at least you have options. The pool is pretty big but it says it's a heated pool but it wasn't very heated my poor baby and my niece came out with there feet purple when staff knew the kids were in there they could've put the pool to heat up. Now for my experience, I was getting ready for bed my son was already asleep after a long day of celebrating his birthday my sister in law (pregnant) was saying she smelled like there was a incent on but it wasn't coming from our room so we ignored it at the time then 40 minutes go by and the smell gets extremely strong and it starts getting hard to breath in the room it ended up getting really smokey in the whole suite my son and niece are coughing out their sleep so my sister in law went to the front desk to see what's going she felt like there might be a fire in the building. She went to speak to management turns out there was a fire right outside our suite window for the last 40 minutes and nobody notified or us checked on us to see if we were alright or to see if the fire had somehow spread and gotten in the room putting all our lives in jeopardy and not caring one bit. My sister in law told them the room was really smokey we couldn't breathe in there we had 2 kids under 2 in there and they agreed to move us to a different room as they should at the very least. As we're trying to take our things and the kids out the room the staff is telling us close all the windows in the room which weren't even open and to quit opening the door to the room due to him not wanting the rest of the alarms in the hotel to go off like how are we supposed to take our things and our children out mind you my sister in law, man and my son have asthma and the room is filled with smoke. We finally get to the new room and all you heard was loud banging through the night like that was not a very home like experience it was terrible in my opinion they didn't care about our safety or our experience at all. The next day we made a complaint we're told management would get back to us and it's been a few days and I've heard nothing from them so clearly they're going to try to brush this off. I would not recommend renting a room here especially with children.
