Perfect location to some great eats. Elis on Whitney and Beer Haven to name two.

Room was pristine. Service desk was welcoming and polite. Great hotel.

I will add... The shower design is a little odd. You have to walk into the shower and stand directly under the shower head to turn on the water. That glass partition isn't a sliding door. (See photo)

So every morning I have to play this game of "turn the shower on without getting wet"

Stayed here for 2 weeks and had an amazing experience. Brianna was extremely helpful with the check-in process and also with changing my room without a hassle. Patricia, also at front desk, is sweet, professional, and a great person to have representing the business. I enjoyed my stay and would not mind returning to this location.

Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are great. Nice living room type of area with a decent sized kitchen. The bedroom area is nice, but, the pillows can be too firm. I like the bathroom situation in the room, with good sized shower.

Fantastic stay at this well appointed and immaculately clean hotel. I am very frequent travel and I am very "picky" about where I stay and tend to stay at 5 Star hotels $$$$ and will say that this hotel meets those standards. Only thing we did not "love" was the breakfast, but, it is a standard offering at Residence Inn, so happy to have it as an option!

First the issue, which is major. The GM is helping people steal your information. I was there for 1 week. The first day when trying to connect to the WiFi all our electrics were warning us people were attempting to steal our data. ||I put my networking ans security college education to work. ||YES, PEOPLE ARE STEALING all your info on your devices. I screenshot my findings and brought it to the front desk. Everyone seemed concerned except the GM of the hotel who told me she doesn't think people are stealing our info. Even with proof in front of her. The GM did nothing to fix it. I even called the hotels WiFi provider and confirmed it. They have no networking and security credentials and did not want to talk to me after I confirmed that. ||||If you are staying here, do not under any circumstances connect to their WiFi unless you want hackers stealing all your info. There are only 2 reason this GM (who told me the people in the hotel were not her responsibility) was shocked (eyes widened when I told her), but still did nothing. ||||1) she truly is that dense mentally and should not be in charge off a building.||2) she’s in on it||||I think it is number 2.

This was the perfect spot and right where I needed to be! It was the ONLY nice hotel in the vicinity and has a lot of food places and shops within walking distance. The front desk clerk when we checked was so nice and friendly and enjoyed each of my graphic tees that I had on. The room was so nice and spacious and better than what I was expecting. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a first for me with spinach quiche. This hotel was just top notch. Only drawback was to get a room on the top floor because I could here everything upstairs otherwise I wouldn't mind staying again.

Positive: Loved the full kitchen, couch, desk. Very roomy and spacious and clean. Negative: It was not the hotel's fault, per se. But there is a firepit with chairs outside and it was very noisy until late into the next morning.
