We got in at 2 am and were greeting by Ms. Lorraine. She was lovely to say the least. We had booked on their website (not third-party) just about six hours prior to arriving. We took the best room that was available for four people (king and sofa bed, one bedroom). To our pleasant surprise, Ms. Lorraine had given us a free upgrade bc of a cancellation! It’s the room I would’ve preferred to have—a two bedroom king/queen suite.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond. And the prices are about half what you’d pay in a busier location. 10/10 Recommend.

Amazing hotel and staff. The 2-bedroom suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in; so spacious! Breakfast had different selections each morning, great service, and pool was wonderful. Lorraine and all staff were SO friendly and accommodating, which was the highlight.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the staff is the one who makes it Great!|Kudos to Rainey (Lorraine) at the receptionist desk who checked us Inn.|Her great personality and smile and genuine warmth is what started this great stay. We hope to see her on our return trip to the area. Rainey, keep up the great work, and keep on Smiling!

We've stayed several times at this location. It's generally quiet. It's a good place to stay with family. Breakfast consists of normal hot and cold items. The waffle maker is always a hit with the young ones.

I would like to compliment Lorraine at the Front Desk ON HER PROFESSIONALISM and great sence of humor! she made us feel like family straightaway and joked with our little ones and she recommended area things to do and see and Dining places. Her SMILE made us smile!| Please reconize Sweet Lorraine she so deserves it! we will return in the summer and hope Lorraine will be greeting us.

This hotel is always fabulous . I have been staying here for a few years now and Lorraine is always so helpful and makes our stay wonderful. The hotel is clean and inviting and Lorraine’s warmth and humor makes our day. We always look forward to our visits here.

Very nice hotel, clean, and kind staff! ||Lorraine was at the desk during the day and was super helpful and kind! She was great for our morning greeting! The young girl working evenings (I forgot her name- ) was also very kind and helpful in the evening ( shift to 11 pm) ! ||Definitely will stay here agin!

I want to say this hot is very nice . I have been there within a few weeks from each with my family with my husband for a business trip. A few things tho needs to be updated, I had a broken toilet seat and a dishwasher that didn't work. All in all the rooms are clean and spacious. One downfall is tge hot tub there is not hot. It's very Luke warm . Not sure if they have it this way on purpose. Loraine I believe how she spells is wonderful. I have made so special requests that I needed for my family ,ans she was more than accommodating. Well return again
