Do NOT waste your money and time. We also hired her because she is Indian and thought she would be someone we could work with. She is unprofessional. She does not communicate with the bride or groom at all. If you are trying to have an Indian wedding, she will send you her ideas instead of going through the brides pictures and attempting to come up with a set up that goes along with how the bride and groom visualizes the wedding. She will reiterate how many people work for her yet nothing will get done for the tasting or vendor meetings. If you are trying to have a catholic wedding as well, she will not know how to arrange meetings with the priest or give options for churches. Overall, we would never recommend this event planner to anyone who wishes a wedding. Horrible experience.

I am and have been thoroughly disappointed at the service of Rita.
I hired her solely based of the fact that she is Indian and understands the culture. I am not of the Indian culture so that part of it was very important to me.
She was not the best at communication. She outlined one thing and at the event it was different. She did not or set anyone up for me for the Walima. I had to figure it out on my own. She was on a flight when I called her.
She gave false information about what I was paying for fromThe photographer. And lastly, the last payment I made, I was suppose to meet her to have the final follow up on the whole event and she canceled saying that she’s retiring…… while my friend hired her a week later for an event. So thank you Ribha events for showing mediocre for my wedding.
