I like this agency! They are very very helpful and always help me in everything I need. They have great work ethic and are very nice people! And when it comes to a problem they try their best to help and make us understand that airlines have their own rules and they can't help us because it isn't there fault but they always try to help! ! 100% recommend!

Place is... nice. The staff is very friendly, bilingual, and have fast service. The prices though are hitting hard on this review. When I compared an online flight to the one they gave me, it was WAY OFF. The prices were $100-200 price difference and they told me that they charge a "fee" for processing flights in person.

I got 2 tikets here last year 2020 to travel to Guatemala before a bought i asked the lady if the airline canceled if i get my money back she said yes dont worry , turns out the airline canceled my tickets i paid 2,000 dollars and a came here to ask for my refund she totally denied giving it to me she said she couldn’t do anything about it and when i reminded her that when I bought the tickets she said if the airline canceled i get my total refund but she totally denied saying she nerver told me that !!! She only wanted to give me a voucher !!!
I really hope she will get to read this just so she know i got my money back not thanks to her thru my credit card i summit a charge back it took over 5 months but got my money back I’m so glad i paid with credit card and put a claim on DOT
And one more thing never buy here or avianca airline terrible service
