I absolutelty loved receiving services from Rin Dear. I got a balloon arch for my daughter third birthday. It was outside so I was so surprised that they all held up so so well !! she was professional, affordable, and the balloons were everyone’s favorite part of the event! Absolutely love Rin Dear! She is professional, creative and so dependable!! Her ability to act quick in circumstances (like high wind, weather changes, etc) is really admirable!! She always finds a way to make it happen. Always love working with Arin!! She is so talented and dependable. Really the sweetest person! She responds quickly to text messages and if you send her an inspiration picture or even just a drawing she executes it perfectly! She’s also very transparent with her pricing, if you let her know your budget, she will let you know what she’s able to do within that price range. Highly recommend Rin Dear. Oh! She does marquee letters and fringe too!
