Wow! Words can not express how thankful I am to this dream team of women! From start to finish every detail was accounted for - and then some. This team was there for us guiding, directing and encouraging us through every decision. Darci, Whitney, and Connie provided us with options for venues, caterers, florists, and DJ's to fit our budget. They were there with us through the entire process including visiting the potential venue site, rehearsal, set up and decorating as well as the big day! With their eye for beauty and their gift of creativity they seamlessly transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary and made our daughter's special day PERFECT! I can't thank these gals enough for being there for us every step of the way and for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Ring By Spring - We are so appreciative!!

The Ring by Spring Events team was definitely the blessing I didn’t even know I needed! These ladies are crazy talented at what they do, and were so intimately involved in every detail of our wedding; from our venue visits to rehearsals to decor to setting up the day before and the day of the wedding and being there on the day ensuring that everything ran smoothly. They were definitely so many things that they brought to light that we had not talked about or thought of. I am so so grateful! I am so confident that my then fiancé and I enjoyed the planning process and the time leading up to our wedding more because we had wedding coordinators! They were absolutely phenomenal at being the mediators between all the different vendors we wanted at the wedding, as well as our bridal party, and our officiant. Everyone was always in the loop. They definitely kept me on task and communication was never lacking in anything! They listened to ALL our desires & concerns and even helped me to make our registry website. We only had about two months to put together our Wedding of about 150 guest and we had so much family flying in from all over. There were so many moving parts to consider, and these ladies lightened that load— BIG TIME! At the end of the day my husband and I were married, our family and friends had a great time, the place looked great and we took some awesome, memorable photos, and definitely no regrets. I did not have to think of anything or any possible loose ends on that day! My only assignment was to not trip in my heels! Connie, Darci, Whitney… you guys are the best! Such a big part of Our Wedding story and we are so grateful!

I'm so glad my husband and I had the ladies of Ring By Spring Events in our corner throughout our wedding planning and wedding day. They were everything we needed in the wonderful but detail-oriented season that is wedding planning. From their professionalism to their absolute sweetness, they made the whole process from engagement to wedding day go as smoothly as possible. These professionals are incredibly organized but never overbearing--they helped bring up action items for the planning process at just the right times so we never felt overwhelmed or like there was too much to think about all at once. They were the greatest cheerleaders and always made our planning meetings so fun! They are quick to respond to questions, and they are incredibly thorough in those responses. Then, when I thought these ladies could not impress me more, their coordination of the wedding day brought more value than I can express. The gift of having NO stress during our wedding was absolutely priceless! Watching these ladies make every detail come together behind the scenes was magic--our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (and all the transitions between them!) went *flawlessly*, and it was all we dreamed of for our wedding and more. Whitney and Darci went above and beyond, making sure every vendor was where they needed to be, setting up all our decor, making sure every detail was just how we wanted it, checking in with the bridal party so everyone was ready, and so much more. The value of the service that Ring By Spring provides far exceeds the cost, and I cannot recommend them highly enough for your big day!

These ladies are absolutely amazing. Whitney did a phenomenal job of directing and ensuring that everything was stress free and what we wanted for our day. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined it going any smoother. My wedding day would not have been nearly as beautiful or smooth without her. She is an absolute angel!
