We had such an amazing tour of Mount Shasta from Robin today! She was an awesome fountain of information on all the history or the area and lore. She personalized our tour to our interests and she took us to locations we definitely would not have gotten to on our own. Robin is an EXCEPTIONAL guide anyone would be lucky to have!

I visited Mt Shasta on a hurried trip with very little planning. I called Robin, told her, I only had a few hours to tour the Mountain, and I would be there in a day or 2.

She very graciously accomodated me with short notice. As I have never reviewed a tour guide before, these are the traits I assume would be important to anyone. Those traits are as folllows:
1. Knowledgeable.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Patient.
4. Likable personality.
5. Flexible.
6. Funny.

The traits I value in all human beings are as follows:
1. A Big Heart.
2. Kindness.
3. A genuine smile.
All of these traits make up Robin Kohn, and I am fortunate to have crossed paths with her. I had a problem at the end of the tour and she helped me out, with no questions asked.
Can't go wrong with Robin on a short day trip, or back woods trekking and camping!

Robin is very friendly and knowledgeable! She took me to all the sites I was interested in and she enjoyed talking about Mt. Shasta geology with me! It was a very fun your, great conversation, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I 100% recommend her!
