Anyone who has a wedding coming up, we would highly recommend Rolling Meadows Venue in Eldridge! This new event center is a beautiful space and perfect for weddings, with details like the guys locker room with three TVs to the girls prep room with beauty shop chairs and mirrors galore. They also have a rental company and do flowers, so you can get most everything from one vender if you want. The young folks that run it are outstanding to work with! They worked their butts off all day to make our day perfect and truly went above and beyond. Even after 11 hours they were still happy to accommodate! We hope they too rested up yesterday! But kudos to them on a job well done!

We had a great experience with Rolling Hills Event Rentals for our wedding at Eagle Ridge. Collin was very responsive in the whole process. We rented bistro lights to hang all along the ceiling and it looked absolutely beautiful! They even came to set the lights up and take them down! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Rolling Hills for your wedding rentals!!

Rolling Hills Event Rentals was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our daughter’s original wedding plan had to be canceled due to COVID closings, and we put together an outdoor plan B in a short span of time. Collin and Stephanie were so accommodating, helpful, flexible, and attentive to detail. Also, their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any event rental needs!

On the day of my wedding, rolling hills event rentals showed up and did not have two of the podiums that I needed. Nothing was offered as far as compensation. I then had 14 vases that I needed and only got 13. One of them was not matching. I was told that it shouldn't matter and to basically deal with it. Then they proceeded to take hours to set up the three arches that I needed. The first fell over onto a bunch of plates of my vendor and cracked them. The next arch fell down outside. The third arch fell at the end of the night and hit one of my guests in the head. I called rolling hills event rentals and they never even called me back. The customer service was horrible. The experience was horrible. Do not rent from them.
