Kandice was incredibly supportive and always available to answer our questions. She was especially helpful in the week leading up to our wedding when we encountered a logistical issue with our beverages. Kandice and Sady graciously offered to handle the transportation and storage, saving us a lot of stress.

On the day of our wedding, they were absolutely indispensable. They managed everything with such grace and efficiency, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. Thanks to their expertise, we were actually ahead of schedule and had the opportunity to dance the night away for an extra hour!

My husband and I had the best experience working with Rooted Hearts Events for our wedding. We chose the Standard Package for the final coordination and day of efforts. Kandice and Sady were amazing to work with. So many of our guests told us afterwards how smooth the flow of the wedding seemed and complimented Kandice and Sady on taking charge without being bossy. They were so kind and helpful for us with leading the day, organizing all our decor and working with our vendors. They made themselves available for any of the guests or vendors who needed anything. Kandice and Sady are truly the best in the business! From the moment we hired Rooted Hearts they were extremely communicative, professional, and answered every question I had! They helped me greatly in the planning leading up to the wedding. The rehearsal was ran perfectly, effectively, and quickly! Kandice did a great job of taking charge of our wedding party and families. It was great and we were able to get on with the celebrations! Wedding day was truly a shining moment for these two! I had a major issue with the hair/makeup and Kandice and Sady sat with me during the breakdown I had. After they comforted me they handled it ALL. They got the issue resolved and got us back on our timeline perfectly. The venue set up and decor they managed turned out beautifully! This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of working with Rooted Hearts for a gorgeous wedding at the Piedmont Community Center. It was a seamless day with a very happy bride and groom! All of the details were flawless and Kandice and Tempe worked their tails off throughout the whole wedding day. One of the best wedding decisions we made was booking Rooted Hearts as our coordinators! They provided so much more than just day of support! Design and event planning do not come naturally to me and as a bride I was very self conscious and overwhelmed at the idea of planning a wedding that ran smoothly and looked great. We also planned a bit of a non traditional wedding and Kandice did a great job at understanding us and our vision and helped bring it to life by providing great advice during our planning stage from when we booked them almost a year in advance and throughout the wedding weekend. Sadie really helped bring our design elements to life at our reception - I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything looked!

Throughout the process I really felt like our wedding was in great hands and that they really cared about us and that they wanted to help make our wedding the best weekend of our lives and it was so perfect, huge thanks to them!
