My wife Catherine and I recently had the pleasure of working with Courtney from Rooted Together for our wedding at the Hilton Polaris, and we couldn't be more grateful for her incredible day-of coordination services. From the moment she stepped in, Courtney handled all the little details with such precision and care, ensuring our special day ran smoothly and seamlessly.

Courtney and her staff were exceptionally attentive to both the bride and groom, making sure we were comfortable and stress-free throughout the day. While we wished there had been an assistant assigned to each set of parents, Courtney still managed to handle everything we asked of her with grace and efficiency.

One of the standout aspects of her service was the impeccable timing of the food at the reception. Courtney orchestrated everything perfectly, ensuring the meals were served promptly and the transitions between events were flawless. She also made sure we had private moments alone and was diligent about keeping the ceremony doors closed, preserving the intimacy of our special moments.

Courtney's attentive eye for detail and infectious spirit truly made our wedding day amazing. Her can-do attitude and ability to get things done were evident from start to finish. We are forever grateful for her help and would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Our only regret is not hiring her for full-service planning. Having experienced her expertise and dedication, we now realize how much more streamlined and stress-free the entire planning process could have been with her by our side from the beginning.

Highly, highly recommend. We had a phenomenal experience with Courtney and her team. My husband and I asked for a non-traditional event with the wedding and reception at different times. We wanted a more informal party for our reception with drinks, food, a great DJ and fun and Courtney helped execute that vision perfectly. She paired us with amazing vendors who were friendly and easy to easy with which to work. On the day of our reception Courtney was perfect. She anticipated our needs before we knew we would need them! She was easy to communicate with through the entire process and did everything she could to make our lives easier with the planning.

I don’t know what I’d do with out Jessica ! My husband and I have used her for several events, my bridal shower left me and my guest absolutely speechless from the decor to just being able to enjoy the party with out a single hiccup ! No words can adequately express how thankful we are to have booked Rooted Together for our wedding management needs! Admittedly, we went into the wedding planning process having underestimated the amount of work that would be involved (as most probably do!). Upon deciding that we were going to be hands-on with planning + design, we quickly realized that we needed the help of experienced professionals to ensure that we were checking all of the boxes and to execute our vision come day-of. Well, we got all of that and WAY more with Courtney and Angela. To say that they go above and beyond for their clients would be an understatement. From communicating our requests to vendors and creating the day-of timeline, running the rehearsal, setting up and tearing down decor, picking up lunches for the wedding party, steaming the bridesmaids’ dresses and tying the groomsmen’s bow ties — and being on standby whenever I needed a touch-up or simply a calming force:) — that’s only a fraction of what they did for us, and my husband and I are still in awe of how hard they work. Never once did Tim or I feel unprepared or stressed about things getting done because the RT ladies are so on top of everything. Courtney and Angela gave us the gift of being able to fully enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a thing, and they provided us with so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. Not to mention, they’re two of the most AMAZING women I’ve ever met on a personal level. As all of the reviews signify, booking Rooted Together for wedding planning/management will be the best decision you’ll ever make. I’m already thinking about what event we can plan next just so we can work with them again;)
