We got back from Disney about 3 weeks ago and had the most magical time! We used Kerri from Rope Drop Travel after she was recommended by a friend and we wanted someone who specialized in Disney alone. From day one, she has been nothing but excellent! She was always incredibly responsive, accommodating, remained positive during moments of uncertainty (as we changed our dates several times) and went above and beyond up until the last minute. We traveled with 8 of us, and when 2 of our guests had a family emergency and possibly cancel last minute, she was right there to help us, even on a weekend, and walk through what to do. She made it happen for us all to be together in the end and we had the absolute best time which was truly priceless. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend Kerri as she is incredibly knowledgeable about Disney. Thank you Kerri!!

We used Ropedrop's services to plan our honeymoon trip to Cap Cana, Dominican Republic. This was the best disney vacation ever. Rope Drop Travel handled all our planning from flight, hotel, disney park passes as well as setup our dinning plan! Hands down the best customer service/vacation planning company I ever used. I highly recommend if you plan on taking a vacation to Disney!
