By far the best vacation I’ve ever had!
From the moment I stepped onboard the Navigator of the Seas, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The level of service was truly high quality, and the cruise itself was absolutely beautiful and full of charm.

I had heard that this ship was older and not considered “luxury,” but honestly, it had such a great vibe and atmosphere—I loved every second of it. My room had a fantastic view, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m already planning my next trip, and Icon of the Seas is definitely next on my list!

I prefer Royal over Carnival. Way more organized, better food, cleaner facilities , and way better customer service! We had three rooms, Jumior suite that fit three of us, and two interiors. They were all great! I have no complaints! Its my first time out of the LA port. I would definitely do it again.

This was my first cruise. From LA to Ensenada on Navigator of the Sea. What a great experience. Our state room attendent May was fabulous and attentive. Our waiter Renee and her assistant Marie were over the top! Such phenomenal service as well as personable and kind. I enjoyed all the fun shows and activities on the ship. So many options, we never got bored. The only food I can say I wouldn't do again was the lobster as it was overcooked. Tried escargot for the first time. Mmmm. Had Idian food several times and it was primo! Enjoyed the sushi making class even though there was reservation problem.

I'm a loyal RC customer. We've done two cruises and we always have a good time. The workers are truly amazing and go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful.

I wish they fixed the bugs in the loyalty system though because it has trouble keeping track of our cruises.

Navigator of the Sea might be smaller but for me, it's perfect. Every thing on the ship is a short work from my cabin. Fine dining is outstanding and the buffet room is clean and staffs are amazingly attentive to us. The ice skating performance was GREAT, but my favorite show was the Magician. Great ship for a family short getaway. Highly recommend it

This was our first cruise and it was wonderful! We sailed on Jewel of the Sea to CoCo Cay and everything from our fun experience onboard, the delicious food, fabulous & interesting dinner service staff, and beautiful beaches at CoCo Cay were more than we expected! We greatly recommend this trip and experience for everyone to add to their must do experience list!

This was my first experience with Royal Caribbean, and I had a great time. The entertainment was very good, the staff was exceptional, and the experience was very gratifying. Loved the food, the drinks, hot tubs, and port visits.
Royal Caribbean is definitely recommended.

Request for 5PM dining was confirmed at reservation but not honored!

Main Dinner Dinning now requires guests to stand in line for a table for 30+ minutes. Getting a table before 8PM was impossible!

Royal Caribbean is trying to push guests to pay more for food by selling “Specality Dinning”. We already paid for the food when we booked the cruise.

The waiters and helpers ended up working more tables. Service declined very noticeably. All requests for free drinks, ice tea, were not delivered at every dinner!!! Only delivered paid alcohol!!!
