Rhe rooms smell brand new! Lots of room ~ excellent king bed! At night the outside looks like a set for a horror movie ~ lol! Under construction. Affordable wkly rates. Been here for over a week & no issues

Website says pet friendly. They are not to certain breeds. Yelling by other familys all night. Nothing went right here…. management was terrible. It took 4 phone calls for the guy to fix our tv… the place smelled horrible of what I don’t know but it was nauseating… there are window boards all over. If you are looking for a nice place to stay royal inn isn’t the place to go

At first glance it looks like an abandoned or vacant parking lot and motel. The parking lot isn’t kept in good condition and neither did the roof of the motel. Looks like a giant chunk of the roof is missing and doesn’t seem like it’s gonna be fixed anytime soon. Definitely feels and looks like a hazard to be honest. Toilet was constantly getting clogged and the entire dresser was not even held in place properly. The entire thing was falling apart and could collapse at any given moment. God forbid my child or anyone else happened to be reaching for something and it collapsed right on them. Definitely could have been a fatal injury. Rooms should be inspected more carefully and thoroughly. And the icing on the cake was this place charged $110.00 a night!!!! Ridiculous 😠

Didn't even stay 15min and had to check out, fought with management for 2 days for a refund. Floors not vacuumed, toilet seats that were smaller than the toilet. Cigarette burns and stains on sheets and spread. The armchair in the room looked like it came out a dumpster fire! The smell was horrific! Bed bugs, rat traps, u name it this place had it! I've stayed in dives before but this place made those dives look like 4star hotels! I can't believe people actually were calling this place home. Social services should really look into a place before housing people in roach 🪳 motels like this. I feel so bad for these people as if they weren't already down on their luck! In addition, they have Super 8 logos all over the place. It's even posted on the phone in the room and in their lobby.

We called Super 8 to complain about the substandard accomodations. They quickly informed me that this establishment in NOT a Super 8 subsidiary. Sounds like a law suit to me. You can't use another company's logo. Trade mark infringement.

Worst place I ever stayed. I have stayed in old shabby motels before. Sometimes you just need a few hours sleep and the price is right. But they were always clean. This place was so dirty that it made,me uncomfortable all night. The shower was so scuzzy that my husband wouldn't even shower. There was some kind of of rusty, moldy, mildew on the ceiling. Idk I didn't look at it closely. Weird thing is my husband was itching so of course I freaked out and stripped the beds to check for bugs. The place had Brand new mattresses. Everything else was covered in filth. Don't ever stay here.

The man who is at the service desk in the middle of the night was very rude and disrespectful. My family has spent 1000.00’s of dollars to stay here and this man literally would not fix our key to enter our room because he didn’t want to be disturbed. His exact words were “ do not bother me I am not working right now, I am off. “ how crazy is that when he is the only person who is here….

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's clean and have somewhat clean towels, other times it stunk like an ash tray and towels seemed used. One time I had a towel but it looked like someone did the butt floss with it, folded it up, and put it back. It was nasty. But it's a roof and 4 thin walls to rest your head. Just make sure you don't use the top blanket, they don't wash them and the riddle with cigarette burns.
