This review is long overdue, and it's going to be long because they did a lot for us!

I highly recommend Royalty Event Services, especially if you're lucky enough to find a venue that lets you bring in outside vendors. This is a talented and creative group of people who listen to your needs and deliver above your expectations.

We hired them for our wedding at the Art Factory in December 2023. We are foodies and a family of mixed cultures (Filipino and Argentinian) and wanted to have a unique wedding experience with a mix of traditional Filipino, Spanish, Italian & American foods. We did not want to offer the basic wedding food fare of chicken, beef, fish, or pasta.

I initially contacted Royalty in search of wait staff and bartenders because we planned on ordering all the food ourselves but ended up getting a complete package including food, specialty drinks, live pig roast on site, servers, mixologists, bathroom attendants, 360° photo booth and dancefloor rental. They are able to provide anything needed for a wedding or a party while working with your budget.

After I sent my inquiry, the owner, Paul, contacted me immediately. He understood our vision and was very passionate about handling our wedding. We found out they could eliminate a lot of the leg work for us and arrange for food from our fave places to be delivered to our venue along with some food prepared by their in-house chef. We were excited that they could arrange for a live pig roasting because we wanted to take advantage of our outdoor space. We were also surprised to find that they even grilled the churrasco on site.

I was also impressed by their Mixologists Page on Instagram and was excited that we could have fun specialty drinks as part of our package. We were able to order our liquor on consignment, and Royalty provided all the mixers.

Art Factory provided all the furniture and decor, and Royalty Event Services took care of everything else. We did not have to hire a wedding planner because Royalty was more than a caterer. They went above and beyond to make sure no detail was missed.

Our food was amazing and beautifully presented. We were on a budget, but everything looked and tasted high-end quality. All our guests were raving about how beautiful and delicious our food was. I'm just sad that we didn't have time to taste everything.

Paul was also helpful in helping guests find their seats. I also had a situation with some of my flowers dying ovenight, and they even helped me get new flowers. It's really nice to see an owner personally involved with the details.

His staff was top-notch and ready to handle any requests. Kim did a great job with the bar and charcuterie and crudites presentation. Mya also was always available to answer any questions.

Our service contract was for 12 hours, and I feel like we got a tremendous value compared to any other standard wedding caterer quote, which is usually for only 4-5 hours. And what made our package special is that we were not limited to 1 menu. We told them what we wanted, and they sourced it and delivered.

I hope more people can think outside the box and realize that there's other ways to execute a beautiful and fun wedding without breaking the bank.

I would use them again if opportunity allows.

Royalty is really and truly how this company will make you feel and look for any event you host. We have been using Royalty since 2020, during the height of the pandemic when my wife and I selected them for our backyard wedding, where they exceeded our expectations and made our day unforgettable. Paul was incredible as I prepped my vision for the placement of the displays, seating and other wedding items, Paul and his team executed all of my requests flawlessly. We have gone on to use them for services to include bartending and expert servers for a bridal shower, wedding vendor appreciation day, couples night, and most recently my wife’s birthday. Carlos, Nerea, Sebastian and Akleema are exceptional employees who go out of their way to ensure the host’s vision comes to true and remain attentive to the host and guests throughout the event. From setup to closing out a party, Royalty stands out for outstanding service that never disappoints. I highly recommend using this company for your next event .

Reliable, efficient, professional & FUN. I’ve worked with Royalty Event Services several times & it’s ALWAYS an A+ experience. From set-up to breakdown, they execute seamlessly. They provide an amazing presentation that always leaves our guests in awe. The owner is well-versed in hospitality, catering & activations so he’s always able to accommodate the experience you’re looking to provide your guests. Royalty also has a mixology/bar component that really elevates a party. They come up with custom drink ideas to stay on brand with your version/theme & they’re always so tasty/BEAUTIFUL. At our last rooftop party, the bartender put on a show that included fire juggling!!! It was such a special touch. I highly recommend hiring Royalty Event Services - they’re VERY detailed oriented & think of the things you don’t.
