As a wedding planner with Storybook Weddings, I work with a lot of great vendors but Ginette with RTSO is top tier! The fleet of vehicles was on time and friendly to all of our passengers. Ginette was patient with all of our changes and helped make sure we had enough seats for our guests at each one of the locations for a two day event. We recently used this service to go to and from the Atlanta airport.
Our driver, Mark Dawson, was excellent in every way. He was a safe and skilled driver who stayed in touch by text messages as our flight departure and arrival times were changed. He was extremely helpful in managing our baggage at curbside check in as well as in baggage claim coming home.
I strongly recommend Mark and this company for their competence and courteous service. It certainly took the stress out of our getting to the Atlanta airport and back home again.

I’m so impressed with this company! I live in NC and we went to GA for the Blues and Brews event. This company was the hired shuttle service for Reynolds. We lost our phone on the bus and when I called to check on the status the lady was so nice and helpful!! She called me back the next day stating that they found the phone and was sending it out the next day FedEx!! Exceptional customer service!!!
