I'm only giving one star here because a fat zero isn't offered . Where do I start with this place , my son has been here , the lack of care is disgraceful that he felt worse when leaving. They are so unprofessional including the lobby staff. Today I go for an appointment to meet a case manager for my son. When I checked in with Julissa I was told she'd let Sabrina know I was there. When 15 min passed I went to the window and asked what's going on . Julissa assured me Sabrina was there because she saw her in the morning. Now a total of 25 min pass that I'm still waiting and Julissa says a supervisor will be out to talk to me. When two supposed supervisors came out to me , I was told Sabrina was out sick today and they called her clients but yet I wasn't called nor on her list of appointments. I had just spoken to her last Wed for 30 min and made 5 consecutive appointments. My son will NEVER go to this place again and neither will I even entertain them trying to help and assist with the things he needs. WARNING- DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A THOUGHT WHAT SO EVER- STAY AWAY!!!

Don't return calls, cancel appointments without telling the patient or family. Then proceed to blame us for being to involved. Avoid at all costs. Would give negative stars if possible.

Went to Rushford Yas only to be screwed over by my case manager Vanessa of 4 years. In reality if you have behavioral health issues they treat you like you're a problem. I had a meltdown and got sent upstairs so I left, I have autism. Would not recommend Yas unless it has different staff. I went there for help and left more broken. My past case manager flirted with me and promised me things. She made a Skype account to talk with me. Looking back I should have saw the red flags. Long story short, I got upset and cried when I found out she screwed me over and also because my old therapist left. I wasn't allowed back into Yas which isn't right. My case manager is the one who broke turms so why am I being punished. I was called a red flag by her boss karen. Watch out for the professionals who shouldnt be professionals because they will screw you over once there done with you.

The “level” of care received from this facility is appalling. My minor child has been given free rein over his care without so much as speaking to me! While I take accountability for not being able to schedule a “meeting” in less than 24 hours notice… my request for them to ENCOURAGE my child to participate as opposed to constant reminders that not participating will result in discharge, was met with a condescending reply asking “how I would prefer their policy be written”!!!! This comes after over a week and a half of transportation (they outsource) having ZERO CONSISTENCY, and out of 7 days, only showing up twice!!! I can gladly provide proof of this as well! Yet my child was being blamed and held accountable for not reporting as scheduled!!

Jovanna, who claims to be in a supervisory role, was the person mainly behind the incompetence, lies, and patronizing communication. Incompetence because after voicing my frustrations with their services and those of the transportation company, I was assured she personally would take care of it. It came with no surprise that she created an even bigger mess by reinstating transportation to another facility we utilized in the past in WeHa. Upon reaching out for help rectifying the matter, as well as discussing other treatment options, she informed me “she left early for the day and was having her team handle it”. Needless to say, I had to figure it out on my own with the company. Furthermore, I say lies because that’s all she seems able to do with any form of competence. Down to blaming myself and my child for canceling transportation when the reality is (and I have the screenshots to further accompany my claim) SHE, HERSELF, called and canceled, as well as admitted doing so while on speaker for everyone to hear!!!! Never in all my life, could I envision the treatment, or lack thereof, that we received. As though all that’s listed above isn’t enough, it’s is now Friday evening. I text her hours ago and called her out on lying in regards to who canceled his transportation today and she is still messaging both myself and my son asking that he explain why SHE canceled transportation today since I feel as though she is lying. Which only contradicts her initial claim that my child canceled his own transportation and not her! So now at this point in time, my child’s plans for the future have been dictated by this unprofessional, incompetent woman, who also felt it was acceptable to cancel transportation for my child who is a MINOR without my consent. Buckle up, Rushford! I won’t back down until I feel confident that this has been rectified and no other family will ever have to deal with this mess!

They couldn't do a simple psych-eval in a timely manor. Said it would take 2-3 months to complete. Meanwhile this is a simple thing that can be done in an hour or two. Obviously trying to leech off my insurance with things I don't need.

I went to Rushford for IOP/PHP and had an excellent experience. It takes some getting used to, but the structure and consistency helps.

Was sent there by 211 for Homeless Outreach and the guy Jim said they don't help homeless people find housing until they have collected at least 1 year of payments, so in other words you have to be going there for 1 year before they can help as a matter of policy according to Jim.
