We purchased this Momentum 31G recently and it was such a wonderful experience!!! We spent 3 months actively looking to purchase and we found other Momentum’s but were not happy with how we were treated nor all the hidden fees ect…at other major dealers. RV USA made us feel confident, comfortable and it was a painless experience, like a breath of fresh air after dealing with all the other dealers and their pushy salespeople. Highly recommend if you’re in the market to consider RV USA. We couldn’t be any happier! Appreciate your staff and the experience plus the hospitality! 😊

Tom was incredible. We already had a deposit on a camper locally (Upstate, SC) when we decided we wanted a different floor plan. Searched rvtrader.com and found this dealership advertising free shipping and no hidden fees for a couple thousand less than the local place wanted for the same camper. I was very apprehensive at first to be spending that much money on a camper I had never seen, but Tom went above and beyond to have the techs do a FaceTime walk through of the exact one I was getting so I could be more comfortable. This was such a good experience even down to the communication back and forth. The camper even included battery, start up kit, and full propane. Some of those things the other dealer was going to charge me for. I don’t know how they’re selling the prices as low as they are and still including all of these extra services, but they’ve earned a lifetime customer if I have to buy again. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Zach took the time to do a walkthrough with me on how to operate the camper when he dropped it off even though he had been on the road for 11 hours.

I encourage folks to read the reviews of RV USA. I always take reviews with a grain of salt, but after my family dealt with Tom and the way he treated us, I am convinced the reviews he claims are fake reviews are 100% real. There is another review on here with the full details and actual conversations with Tom. This guy lead us on thinking we were going to work on a trade after having conversations over the phone (he even gave my mom an estimated trade value of her camper over the phone). Next, my mother wanted me to look at the camper Tom had for sale, so I ended up driving 3 hours to look at it. It was after hours, so Tom said to let him know what we wanted to do the next day. We called and wanted to proceed the process. Someone was scheduled to come look at our camper to work on a trade value, but they no showed and no called. 2 days later after Tom not returning our many calls, the unit we wanted was sold. Since Tom doesn't want to have a conversation (per another review on here), here we are trying to reach you. Don't waste people's time Tom!! If you don't want to make a trade, tell them that up front. If you are worried about a 50 minute drive to look at a customers camper to trade, don't make an appointment and don't give them a an estimated trade value over the phone. You wasted so much of our time. Heck, my mother even turned down an opportunity to work because you were supposed to come look at her camper. Be cautious with this company, especially Tom!!!

I just bought an RV from them. The whole experience was great. The prices were amazing. It's so amazing that I drove up from Georgia to buy from them.

WOW..

Great service, my generator died and they sold me a new one for 1/2 the price Cummins quoted me of 8100 installed.
3900 /4400 installed with tax. Then they had it done in 4 hours same day! On Halloween!

(I had Cummins break down the serial # for me, it was built 6 months ago!)

My Pregnant wife, on board Zoo and I, were driving across the country for work and really needed this. Thank You Jesus.

After reading the reviews of Tom from RVUSA and the way he would answer some of them in a very condensending manner, I am totally convinced I will never be in contact with them again and will spread the word of how I was treated.
I had my own personal issue with Tom that I will briefly tell. I called him and was interested in an Rv for sale. I asked him if they do trade ins. He stated yes and asked what I had. After telling him about my camper, he said he could give me $_______ and I told him Iwas very interested and would be there the following day. I even asked him how it works because my camper is worth more than what I would pay for his RV, and he stated they would cut a check for the difference. Went he following day and told them I was very interested but I needed my son to see it and he came later that day. I received a call next day stating Tom would stop at my house to see my camper between 3:00 and 7:00 the following day. He did not show and I got no phone call. I tried calling and got voice mail which was full and couldn't leave message. From that point on I left messages with a gal for Tom and he would not call me or I would call and get their voice mail which was full. I then received a message on messenger that unit was sold. Someone came in with cash. My frustration through this whole process was the way I was unprofessionally treated. Tom is rude and sends me a notice by messenger. Not a very professional businessman. If he didn't want to make my deal why did he not tell me instead of purposely ignoring me. I have copied some of his messages he sent to me. He says he was so busy he couldn't make a phone call but he sure had the time to text.

Text from Tom. I’m really sorry to let you know that the unit has been sold. We had a customer come in with cash before we could discuss your trade. We’re currently working on clearing out our inventory, and cash is a priority for us right now. We hadn’t finalized any numbers on your trade, and you may have been hoping for more than we could offer. Thank you for your understanding!

Text from Tom: We have been very busy this morning, I have not had a chance to answer or return any calls this morning. You have called twice from what I can see, no sense in beating a dead horse, the unit is sold, someone came in with cash and that is the end of it.

Last text from Tom: I'm sorry about your son, but what exactly do you want out of this conversation here? Honestly, you weren't interested in a unit to begin with, you just wanted to sell your unit, when we couldn't do that then you decided if you couldn't get out of your current unit that way then you would look at one we had on the lot. When you looked at it, we told you that we were not doing deposits on it because we were trying to clear out inventory and you were not yet sure if you definitely wanted it. You then decided you would have your son come look at it, we had not even looked at your trade yet to give you a value on it. When we told you that we could have someone come look at yours you were told what time but that we would call you the next day with a definite time IF WE COULD MAKE IT. Things change from day to day around here and we can not always give a definite answer or time the day before. Furthermore what actually is a phone call going to do, you are going to get the same reply that way as you do through message, just because you do not like the answer you are getting does not mean it is going to change in a phone call. And your boyfriend is the one who came down and got rude first.

I apologize this is so long review but I just want people to know my frustrations with this company and my dealings with Tom. I always thought that a customer is your number one priority and to make happy so they give positive feedback. Guess I was wrong and that's why I am writing this.

Patrick told us that the tires were almost new.
Upon picking up the unit, he showed us the wrong way to empty the tanks as well as telling us that it had been thoroughly cleaned and ready to go. Just to have a blowout on I-75 in Marietta, Ga. Upon having the tire replaced, we found out that the tires were 13 years old. Thank God it wasn’t the front tire, that would have been another issue.!!
They covered their butts by having us sign an ā€œas isā€ purchase agreement with out even informing us of any issues with the purchase…!!!
I’m saddened by the way they were so dishonest with us..!!
You live and learn, I guess.!!!
I’d be more than happy to change this review if they would be willing to replace my tires and make up for their mistakes.., they know my number..!!!
October25,2023
I just got off the phone with Tom and Patrick, all I tried to do was call them and request an explanation of why I was not notified of the issue with the tires on my rv.
Tom blew me off as if I was trying to blackmail them. My final feelings are this…,!!!
* If you’re not comfortable with my review then read some of the others. RVUSA is not the place to go for purchasing an RV. I tried my best to be as cordial as I possibly could but Tom went sideways with me and then hung up on me…!!
JUST MEAN and HATEFUL…!!
I’m so done with RV Norwalk…!!!!! Like Mr. Wonderful would say…, (You’re
Dead to Me)…!!!!!!!
As of Nov. 27 2023, my warranty is still not fully honored due someone by the name of Randy Johnson who told them that I had to go back to the repair company and have them send me another invoice with the mileage on it at the time of the replacement of my tire. This is a new person that has been assigned to dealing with my tire. Tom, Patrick and now, Randy have made this whole process from buying the old tire RV to the hoops I’m now seemingly having to jump through.
I PRAY FOR YOUR SOULS…!!!

Tom told us everything we needed to know. Seems like an honest trustworthy guy. Great price on a new RV. Way better pricing than any other RV dealership I shopped. No hidden costs. We are delighted.
Thanks to Tom and the staff.
