Wonderful place to stay very clean and comfortable rooms it felt like I was sleeping on clouds I will look forward to staying in this wonderful place each time I come through thank you for the friendly hospitality and professionalism

This was a very sweet motel. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Small refrigerator and coffee in the room. There is a nice cafe across the street as well. It is a bit off the highway-about 2 miles but easy.

We were in need of a motel room late at night and called about midnight to see if a room was available. Our call was answered by a friendly voice and we were so glad we found this gem. It was a very clean room with all the needed amenities. The charm of it being a motel from the past made it even more enjoyable. As mentioned, the bathroom was quite small, but that only added to its charm. We will certainly recommend this motel to others.

Worst place to go. I’d rather stay at motel 6. Bed bug marks covered by thin uncomfortable sheets. Mold in the showers. Had to wear shower shoes. Dirty microwave and frig. Had to use a ice chest! Loud air conditioning that doesn’t work and heating that smelled like burning old newspaper! Room stench like stale cigarettes. Staff is nosey and rude.

Stayed a night while passing thru Iowa. Room was so clean it looked like it had never been used before. Nice big shower. Bargain priced too. Sac city is a nice small town with a great city park right on the river bank. And do not miss seeing the world's largest pop corn ball on display down town.

A very nice motel to stay at It was very quiet rooms were a little small but it was very accommodating for the two of us Will stay there again when we're in the area also the rooms were very clean a nice homie touch to it.
