We had a quite affordable lunch outside on the patio of this small restaurant, their only customers there, and the service was still great. So was the food, especially the soup of the day and the fresh pasta. We had home made ice tea (you can always tell the difference), refilled a couple times without us asking, but they also have a full bar.

It's really fun to discover owner operated surprises like this. So much better than the dozens mega chain outlets with big signs one has to drive by to find.

Preserve pool is for residents only. Has spectacular views of the Catalina mountains and is an aesthetically beautiful pool layout. You can even order lunch from a restaurant take out window including wine and beer. Relax and enjoy.

We ordered 4 BBQ dinners for pick up on Tuesday from the HOA1 main restaurant, sad to says the quantity of food was less than adequate for the price. The salad and dessert was fine but the meat, potatoes and vegetables were smaller helping than previously.
