I cannot emphasize enough how bad my experience with this travel service has been. If I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do so. This company's customer service is beyond horrendous; it's a disgrace to the entire industry. They don't deserve even a shred of your hard-earned money or a second of your precious time.
Let me paint a vivid picture of the nightmare I endured. They lure you in with promises of managing your travel arrangements, making you believe that your concerns matter. But in reality, they are masters at time-wasting and false assurances. They excel at the art of deception, making you believe they're diligently working on your ticket, when in fact, they're simply playing mind games.
I wouldn't wish this horrendous experience on my worst enemy. If you value your sanity, your time, and your money, stay away from this travel service.
I implore anyone reading this: do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this site as possible. Spare yourself the frustration, anger, and disappointment that come with dealing with these travel service. Your peace of mind is worth far more than any service they falsely claim to provide.
