I have been dealing with this agency through Mussa whom I find respectful and professional. Once he get down to business he is patient and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. It looks he doesn't utilize assistants and juggles a lot of business by himself, but he will get the job well-done at the end of the day.

My agent help assist me to the fullest extent, and including giving me the best less expensive price he could give.

Not a professioanl bussiness and is very dishounest. Would highly reccomend you do your research ahead of time and look into booking at a more reputable bussiness. Mohamed ( the owner) is inconsistant and I wish i would have know his level of dishounsty before meeting him . If i could i would give him 0 stars !

Worst customer service ever! Once they book your ticket any issues that come from your flight or booking they leave to you to resolve with airline. Was told by owner to figure it out and he’s tired of me after waiting two months for a refund on a ticket he cut for me. At this point we’re taking our losses but trying to save everyone else from this type of loss.
