Efficiency and good prices...
4 stars ... Due to One Big Hickup... Spare Went MIA 🚗 🚘 🚗 🚘
The installer Forgot to put my spare tire back into its original place in case I have a flat.. 🙏 ..

Now they are looking for one to replacement... ?
This did go unnoticed until after the installation of four new tires ...
It was odd that another mechanic noticed -it was missing... Surprised I had no spare tire that was originally there... before new tires... Returned to ask but they are looking for replacement."-(
... I will leave an update as soon as I find out if I have a spare tire coming back to my car.
Be aware ... you need to check everything before you leave a shop.

Had to get 2 front tires before going to Redding then had come back 3 days later to get 2 back tires now my car rides smoother and the crew who take care of me when I was there did it as quickly as possible while my wife and our kids waited in the office. This is now my go to tire shop and the price was decent enough for me to have a good chunk of my check leftover to spend on other things we needed

Had a flat driving south on i5, this place was the closest just 10 miles away. Limped in on the spare and drove off with a fixed winter tire in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, friendly staff with lots of patience making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

I have popped into this place twice. Once just to inflate my tires another time to get a patch. They were quick and friendly. When the technician saw I was interested in how the patch was done (I am a curious sort) he took the time to explain the process to me. I usually go to bigger name tire places, but the wait is horrendous, and the service is inconsistant at best. This is going to be my new tire place! Thank you, Safety Tire in Willows!

Wow! Safety Tire Service was amazing! We had a flat tire. They took it right in to repair the tire and remounted the tire! Cody’s work was expert, fast, friendly, courteous, and above-and-beyond what anyone would expect. I can’t say enough about this first rate business!!

Driving south to the bay area, got a flat. Safety Tire Services repaired my tire, helped me change it out and put the spare back. All in record time. "Thanks" doesn't cover it!
