This Restaurant is AMAZING from the Staff to the food. Rachel is awesome. She suggested great dishes and honestly the food here is to die for. Everything is made fresh from start to finish. The bread reminded me of my childhood. Definitely recommended the Cheese Bread. Pasta Vodka, well everything here is delicious so you can't go wrong. Thank you for making us feel at home!

This place was spectacular. Went with a few friends to try it out and was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful atmosphere outside dining, the garlic bread with tomato butter was to die for. And the plates of food that came out were so delicious. I couldn’t even comprehend. I seldom give rave reviews, but this place , topped my charts. We tried to make a reservation for the next weekend for my father-in-law‘s birthday, but couldn’t they were booked solid. I can see why. Call early if you want a reservation.

I don't review restaurants, ever; so keep that in mind.

I called on a Tuesday to make a reservation for Saturday, but my preferred time wasn't open. Jimmy (owner) said he could fit my party of four in one hour later, so we locked that in.

Jimmy's hospitality and level of personal engagement exceeded any that I've experienced before! Coming by the table and referring to me by name, a heartfelt goodbye, etc. He alone is reason enough to visit.

Food was absolutely phenomenal; drinks on point; and a dessert list that will make your eyes do a backflip. Chip, our server, was awesome - attentive, kind, helpful insights.

Parking garage is right next door and Salute provides a validation ticket for 50% off the rate - ends up being only $4.

I attended the restaurant with family. During the course of the meal, staff was attentive and pleasant. We were actually seated by the owner!
The food was very enjoyable and we were given to large pieces of garlic bread to take home for no extra charge!
However, most surprising and touching moment of the experience came after we left. While leaving the restaurant, the owner was seen outside attending to what appeared to be a person in need of assistance! He offered her food and coffee as it was starting to get cold out. A fine business owner and even better person!

This restaurant is a gem and worth going out of your way to not miss.

Pasta ala vodka - Very creamy. Delicious for enjoyers of cheese and soft textures, not designed for the lactose intolerant. Sharp, unique flavor. Tasted good hot at the restaurant & tasted equally good cold in a to-go box. Chicken and shrimp are available add-ons for hungrier customers.

Shrimp fra diablo - Extremely spicy for my weak tongue; mildly spicy for my father, who expressed that he was overall content with his selection. Waiter mentioned before ordering something about spice level (and potentially spice level adjustment?); would recommend listening closely before ordering.

Spasta pesto - Aesthetic and good for those who like vegetables. Noodles are cold towards the base; this may be by design. Was like opening up a treasure box.

In terms of food 5/5. There was at least one suitable dish per person, and the prices were reasonable (under $100 for 3 people). Three staff members said that all the dishes they have are good - we believe them wholeheartedly.

Service was impeccable as well. 5/5.
Everyone from door to table and back was nice, fast, considerate. They were even humorous and open to conversation at times, even though the location looked busy. Would recommend having a reservation.

Amazing all around! I just had my husband's birthday dinner here last night, and I cannot speak more highly of Salute.

First off, we were a large party and the owner was so helpful and accommodating! He greeted us and made sure our night was nothing short of perfect. He even assisted some of our friends who were parked on the street during a parking ban by giving them parking passes.

Our waitress was phenomenal, so on top of everything, kind, and attentive! The food and drinks were fabulous (as usual)! At the end of our evening, the owner came out with fresh loaves of garlic bread for us all to take home.

We all had the best time!! Can't wait to go back!

Went out with some friends, first time we have ever been to the restaurant and immediately we were greeted and welcomed by the attendant. We all enjoyed the food and drinks and the service from another attendant that spoke with us and ended our night off with some specialties to take home. Overall would hands down go again and plan on doing so.

Perfect eatery! My waitress was so attentive, pleasant, and professional. The food was delicious and flavorful. Chicken parmigiana was cooked to perfection. I ate the chicken first. The portion was generous. The atmosphere was cute and intimate. Very inviting. Will return soon.
