I spoke with Ester and she barely wanted to give me any information regarding this program. I'm moving from Stanislas Co. and my client is in the hospital and she didn't mention how to access the online application. So, (me) I was very suspicious on how I was being given limited information. I know everyone is like some times it happens. Them I asked my niece to call (speaks fluent Spanish) received more information then you could imagine, tell me how you guys a lot of others are being treated. I said to her others write a review and call 7 on your side. Notice how the Mexicans get resources and avenues to take and we get $#!++edh on.

My worker still hasn't called me. I resolved the issues myself. I needed proof of having a care giver to enter the gym where I have to walk on water. He needs to help me with water shoes and getting dressed after words. The manager finally gave in after I wrote a review she didn't like. So all is well now. Thank you for giving me opportunity to send this reveiw. Keep up the good work y'all do for us seniors.

No one wants to help. One blames the other, we had an appointment to come in on Monday 7/31. The lady walked out of the payroll portion and stated " no one should be here, it's for 8/1 we tried to let her know there is a typo on their schedule (7/31 is Monday) they had 8/1 as Monday, her response was ' well obviously its a typo' it's not correct. Just rude and unhelpful. Another lady from the back came to assist us. This is the experience everytime you visit this place. They blame public authority, payroll blames public authority. I've called payroll 2 weeks ago and still have not had a call back: waiting on payment from June 2023. It's almost September and still no response. Avoid this place UNLESS YOU HAVE TO VISIT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE .

They won't call back after numerous attempts. Perhaps they are really busy or they have no one to do telephone intakes. I have also sent in documents with no call back.

I received an emergency back pack that was on wheels and a Handel like the small suitcase full of everything that you would need in any kind of a emergency

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Social worker does not return phone calls. Took them a year to get the provider paperwork. Payroll staff lie. My provider is owed over a year of pay and no one at that office wants to get her her pay. .

I started the application process in April, got fingerprinted and downloaded the packet! The packet said an orientation is needed but no information on the scheduling has been given!
No one has responded to my email nor phone calls!
