Very nice penthouse condo. Rental company is attentive and easy to reach when needed. Clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view is worth a million bucks. Huge TV in the living room. Comfortable furniture. You won't be disappointed with your choice at Sand Castle lll. The parking garage has grocery carts available to bring your supplies up from the elevator. This was a nice plus. GPS brought us direct to the location with no issues. There are plenty of stores and restaurants to check out. The sand is so soft, and the beach isn't crowded due to it being a private beach. This is definitely an A+ rated vacation spot.

Beautiful beach and nicely maintained building. Overall a nice place but.... There is a resident here that seems to enjoy yelling at vacation renters. There were people in the pool past sunset and he screamed at them instead of pointing out the rules and asking them to vacate the area. The unit we rented was 404. We ended up having to spend a few hours inside because the maintenance person showed up twice, UNANNOUNCED, to fix ALL FOUR broken sliding glass doors and a leaky toilet. He also cussed and yelled at the doors the majority of the time he was here. Also, the kitchen appliance handles and cabinet doors and handles were sticky and dirty when we arrived so we didn't check in the first night so it could be cleaned properly. Wow!

We had a great time at Sand Castle III. Condos are good size and have a beautiful view of the gulf. Beach was never crowded and had soft sand and clear water. Looking forward to going back!

Sand Castle III is the perfect place for a family vacation! The condo is completely set up with all that is needed and then some. It was clean and comfortable in every way. It was an easy check-in/check out with thoughtful attention from the owner early in our stay to make sure all was in order. Our favorite part of our stay was the great location with immediate ocean front access. The view from the 5th floor cannot be beat, especially spectacular sunsets and evening ocean waves. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views and great swimming. The breach here is open for swimming all night. This is great for avoiding skin damage, sun burns and wrinkles.
