I know the condos are dated, each of them have their little issues. But it's tough to beat the location and the amenities. The area is always clean, the chairs available for rent are approaching being overpriced but are convenient and they come move the umbrella periodically to keep the chairs in the shade.
The biggest thing that was an inconvenience was just the outlets. When you plug something in, it was loose and you had to prop it up at just the right angle to get them to charge anything. Almost all of the outlets were that way. But I really can't say anything else.
It was a great experience and a good stay.

I am still here with baby grandaughter & hubby. It is,a wonderful place..I love the pool it is sooo clean, the grounds are very nice, beach maybe 50 steps away, close to Publix, John Pass for shopping!!! Any tiny issues are taken care immediately. Will recommend.

Clean Three bedroom, two bath with kitchen and washer and dryer. Ocean side overlooking beautiful landscaping. Stay off the grass. Very nice pool and hot tub. Very limited parking.

I second the comments on the parking situation being bad and the staff being very rude. I never felt like a guest but rather an inconvenience that the owners tolerated. Don't bring more than one car per condo and don't park in the unloading parking spot, even for an hour, unless you do not mind being threatened to have your car towed. Amazing view, nice pool, and great landscaping. Our room had multiple electrical issues...half the plugs did not work and 3 were missing the cover which is fine if you don't have kids.

Parking is tight. The condo is nice with a great view! We did see cockroaches near the elevator but so far none in the room. Only one working elevator and it's very slow. The pool is excellent, though!

The condo we rented is extremely beautiful. We've stayed in this building a few times before. I'm really disappointed that when we go down to the pool to swim all the chairs are taken. People put there. Towels down really early in the morning B4 9AM and we are not able to enjoy and have to return to to condo to wait for a chair to get free. HOW VERY ANNOYING THIS IS AND INCONSIDERATE😟😟😟

I have enjoyed the stay here. The unit we stayed in is very nice. The pool is always kept up with. The view from the patio is great. Plenty to do all around us. from Crabby Bills to the board walk we stayed busy.
