I came into town from SFO on 2/23/24. An advanced ride did not work out this time. Called Sam's taxi service a half an hour before I got to Santa Rosa. I did not mind waiting but as I got off the bus Sam's taxi pulled around the corner. I had a wonderful ride home. The driver was very gracious. And the cost was affordable for this senior citizen. Again, thank you very much. Will be calling you again hopefully with more advanced notice. ?

I really needed help when I called Sam's Taxi; I'm 77 years old, and I had driven to Santa Rosa to meet with my accountant to get our taxes taken care of. I parked in city garage and left the ticket in the car. wasn't familiar with where we were meeting, and it was raining. I walked close to a mile by the time I found it. After finishing our work I tried to walk back to my car, and soon found myself walking for what turned out to be over 2 miles, being rained on all the way. I finally went into the Santa Rosa Plaza, and started calling Taxi's. I called Sam's 1st, because of their high ratings. I was told that it would be an hour, so I called other companies. But then Sam's called me back, and in 10 minutes I was in the car with James, the owner. We had to go to 7 garages before we hit pay dirt, and James was so gracious the whole time. You can't do better if you need a taxi in Santa Rosa!

When all other cab companies would not come to larkfield. Sams taxi driver Ricky went out of his way to give me a ride at a very fair price Quickly arrived . Ricky is a good person and I really appreciate people like him.. these days kindness and down to earth people seem to be disappearing.. thanks Ricky and sams taxi service I’d give you 8 stars if I could!!
